This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for digital products purchased from tailoredhomeorganization.blog.

1. Nature of Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been downloaded or accessed, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

For consumers in the European Union (EU): Under EU law, you generally have a 14-day “right of withdrawal” for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once:

  • You explicitly consent to immediate access/download
  • You acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal

By completing a purchase and accessing your product immediately, you confirm both of these conditions during checkout.

2. Global Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless your situation meets one of the exceptions below.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Tailored Home Organization, regardless of your location. Where local consumer protection laws differ, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.

3. Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Granted)

We will consider refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: The file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing promised content
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: You bought the same product more than once within 24 hours
  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive access or download link within 24 hours, and we cannot resolve it

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions:

  • Email us at clet.lebourdon@outlook.fr within 7 days of your purchase
  • Include your order number, product name, and a description of the issue
  • Attach screenshots or recordings if applicable

We may request additional information to verify the issue.

5. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet our criteria or shows signs of misuse.
